Co-founder
Xhafer Rakipllari is a career development expert with 15 years of experience in higher education, non-profit organizations and international projects in Europe and the USA. His credentials include "Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach", "Global Career Development Facilitator" (GCDF) and "Executive Leadership Coaching" from Harvard University. Through Karriera.org he helps individuals and organizations discover and develop their potential. As part of European career counseling networks, Xhafer contributes to strengthening career services in Albania and beyond.
